1. Log into your account

To receive your funds, first log in by entering your email address and password and selecting “SIGN IN”.

2. Go to “Payouts”

Click on the “PAYOUTS” tab and click on "MORE" select the eCards for cashout.

3. Choose Digital Cards to Cashout

Select or bundle your Payout Digital Cards and click on cashout.

4. Unlock Cashout

In order to be able to cashout your need to unlock it by providing your account details and a bank statement (issued within the past 30 days).

5. Fill out your Bank account details

Select the type of bank transfer for your cashout and fill out all the required fields to the best of your knowledge and click "SAVE".

6. Upload a recent bank statement

Please make sure your bank statement meets the requirements outlined in the pop-up window.

7. Cashout unlocked

You will be notified by email when your cashout is unlocked.

8. Confirm cashout

Look over the cashout details, click on the bank account and the type of bank transfer you want to use, agree to our terms and conditions and select the “CASHOUT” button. 

9. Your cashout is on its way!

The international wire transfers usually reach beneficiary accounts in 2 to 5 business days, depending on the wire type and bank connection. 

Currently we are experiencing delays while processing cashouts. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days to transfer the money to your bank accout. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Please note that if this is your first cashout, bank account verification might take an additional 2 business hours.
