To check if your Cashout was sent:

1.  Go to “Transaction History”

 Select "Cashouts" and find your transaction by its reference number or amount.

2.  Check the status of your Transaction

Pending: Your Transaction is waiting in a queue. Usually, it takes 2-3 business days to process the queue. 

Click on the transaction to see more details.

Success: Your money is on its way to you. You can find your money's estimated arrival time below.

Note, on average it takes up to 2-5 business days for your bank to credit the account.
